Industrial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new industrial project from start to finish.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring successful project delivery, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance. You will work closely with a Foreman and head office project team to drive delivery and meet time, budget, and compliance requirements.

Key Highlights:
  • Delivery of a large-scale industrial project, including structural steel, precast, specialist services, offices, and end-to-end facility delivery
  • Full site control and leadership, utilizing structured systems and reporting tools
  • Exposure to medium to large-scale industrial, processing, or manufacturing builds
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an Industrial Project Manager delivering industrial, manufacturing, or complex commercial builds
  • Strong technical knowledge across structure, services, and fit-out
  • Ability to operate within structured systems (Hammertech, Procore, MS Project/Excel)
  • Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
