Your OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Dayforce General Ledger Implementation Consultant to join our People Experience team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in implementing our Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
About the Role
- You will own all aspects of the GL implementation lifecycle, including consulting with clients to collect and document functional requirements, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and deployment.
- Apply your expertise in HCM solutions to effectively execute client requirements.
- Partner with client project managers and executives to ensure successful implementation.
- Engage with key client stakeholders, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers, to analyze and document their specific GL posting requirements.
- Consult and advise clients on best practices to maximize value and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and issue management.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing competing demands and coaching others to do the same.
- Implement Organizational Readiness best practices to prepare for rollout.
- Train client staff to perform day-to-day activities confidently.
- Manage multiple client/project engagements concurrently.
- Identify best practices and lessons learned, documenting and sharing internally.
- Stay up-to-date with new releases and maintain expertise in Dayforce.

Your Experience and Education
- 2+ years of HCM implementation experience, preferably with Dayforce; similar solutions like UKG or ADP are also considered.
- Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environments, and implementation practices.
- Deep proficiency in XML/XSLT and experience with Data Conversion tools/processes (ETLV).
- High-level proficiency in creating HR, Payroll, Benefits 834, or Cobra files using XML/XSLT methodology.
- Understanding of common HCM business practices.
- Relationship management and consulting acumen, asking the right questions to design the right solution.
- Ceridian Integration and Ceridian Data Conversion Certification are assets.
- Understanding and developing relational databases and SQL are assets.
- You are self-motivated, articulate, and able to engage audiences.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is $67,000 - $128,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. This compensation package offers a competitive total reward, aligned with industry standards and designed to recognize individual contributions to the organization's success.
