Dayforce Operations Specialist
Green Light, a leading consulting organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Dayforce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for operational work, including creating rosters and schedules in Dayforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets business requirements and delivers value.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Monitor and maintain the Dayforce system, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Conduct regular analyses of data trends and system usage to identify opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and implement best practices within the Dayforce platform.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to Dayforce functionalities. Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure data compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations. Participate in audits and assist in maintaining accurate documentation.
- Project Participation: Engage in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations. Contribute to project planning and execution to align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse needs, and facilitate communication between users and technical teams.
