Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and quality of projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, coordinating with contractors and laborers, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct all site activities, including excavation, foundation work, and building construction.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or Superintendent.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide construction staff.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
