Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Product Officer to join our team at PostPro Ltd, a leading digital media company based in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the development of our product strategy, ensuring our digital products remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a clear product strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  • Champion an exceptional user experience, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for optimisation and implementing improvements to drive product adoption, retention, and monetisation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally as Chief Product Officer or Head of Product, within a digital media or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing product strategies that drive growth, innovation, and user engagement.
  • A deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including trends, technologies, and user behaviour.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing product team.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering products that meet user needs and enhance user experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and optimise performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
