We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Coach to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals to overcome career challenges and achieve their employment goals.

  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to assess participants' career needs and create personalized action plans.
  • Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide employment objectives.
  • Network with community organizations to create opportunities for participants and utilize sales strategies to secure these opportunities.
  • Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Refer participants to training, counseling, and other services to enhance long-term employment outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently within a collaborative team environment. You will have experience in administration, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and outlined KPI targets, and the ability to work in an agile environment.

  • Experience in customer service, client-facing, or an administrative role.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Superior communication skills with well-developed verbal and written abilities.
  • Interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.

Key Screening and Requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
