Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our fleet operations.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in a fast-paced taxi or transport dispatch position would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

Manage the allocation of vehicles through our data dispatch system

Monitor and improve fleet performance

Customer Service:

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
