As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and balanced health of all staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting employees on their return to work journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining confidential employee records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with external stakeholders, preparing relevant reports, and contributing to the administration of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in employee wellbeing or similar HR role.

- Empathetic, proactive, and skilled at building relationships and trust across all staff levels.
