Senior Workforce Specialist Role

Foster a positive workplace environment through expert employee relations management and general HR tasks.

  • Act as key contact for employee matters, including grievances and conflicts.
  • Support balanced outcomes for all parties in relation to HR policies and employment law.
  • Collaborate with Employee Health and Wellbeing Specialist on wellbeing tasks.
  • Support general HR functions, including recruitment and administration.
  • Conduct and track employee background checks and coaching conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and prepare reports.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in employee relations, HR or similar role, with demonstrated ability to manage performance and negotiate business outcomes. Passion for employee well-being, engagement and organisational culture is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations Management: Handle grievances, mediate conflicts and oversee workplace investigations.
  2. HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
  3. Employee Development: Conduct and track employee background checks and coaching conversations.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and prepare relevant reports.
