
Human Resources Business Partner

Foster a positive workplace environment through expert employee relations management and general HR tasks.
- Act as key contact for employee matters, including grievances and conflicts.
- Support balanced outcomes for all parties in relation to HR policies and employment law.
- Collaborate with Employee Health and Wellbeing Specialist on wellbeing tasks.
- Support general HR functions, including recruitment and administration.
- Conduct and track employee background checks and coaching conversations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and prepare reports.
Proven experience in employee relations, HR or similar role, with demonstrated ability to manage performance and negotiate business outcomes. Passion for employee well-being, engagement and organisational culture is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations Management: Handle grievances, mediate conflicts and oversee workplace investigations.
- HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
- Employee Development: Conduct and track employee background checks and coaching conversations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and prepare relevant reports.
