The role encompasses working weekdays and weekends, as well as morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • The selected candidates will engage with consumers, comprehending their needs and goals to deliver personalized care.
  • Supporting registered nurses by following established care plans.
  • Accurate documentation of consumer outcomes in Baptcare records.
  • Ongoing participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with families and external agencies.
  • Reporting workplace and consumer-related risks.
  • Prioritizing regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, applicants must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care and possess at least 12 months of experience within an aged care facility. Ideally, individuals will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
