Salary Package

$35.34 - $49.95 per hour (plus applicable allowances) + Superannuation + Salary packaging up to $15,990 per annum.

About the Role

The Royal Freemasons community is currently seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join our team. The successful candidate will have recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents and possess knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.

  • Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Undertaking or supervising others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures.
  • Liaising with relevant residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital, and specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
  • Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.
