Key Asset Analyst Role

This is a pivotal analytical position within our investment division, providing strategic insight and commercial support to optimise the performance of our commercial property portfolio. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, leasing strategy, investment modelling, valuation support, and property development feasibility

About This Opportunity

You will work with a high-performing investment team in a nationally recognised property group, gaining access to diverse commercial, retail, and development assets.   • Assist with asset performance forecasting, NOI analysis, and investment return tracking
  • Contribute to leasing strategies, property budgeting, and arrears/performance meetings
  • Support major tenant negotiations, lease finalisation, and strategic asset plans
  • Prepare valuation reports, feasibility models, and commercial assessments
  • Collaborate with legal, leasing, and property teams to optimise centre performance
  • Undertake due diligence and financial modelling on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopments

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline are required. 3+ years' experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis is necessary. Strong grasp of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles is essential. Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and property-specific tools (e.g., Forbury, Dyna) is also required.
