Key Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role

We seek a forward-thinking talent acquisition professional to architect and execute innovative hiring strategies that enhance our leadership recruitment approach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft in-depth talent and market mappings to provide comprehensive overviews of competitive landscapes.
  • BUILD and nurture pipelines of high-caliber, passive executive talent through sophisticated research, networking, and data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment approach.
  • Manage full lifecycle of executive searches, from defining role requirements with senior stakeholders to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Act as true partner to executive team, providing data-backed recommendations on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective interviewing and assessment techniques.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrable track record of successfully hiring executive-level talent.
  • Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including company and candidate-based research.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate talent and market data into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with ability to engage and build trust with senior executives.
  • High level of digital literacy and natural curiosity for exploring and implementing new ways of working.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Verifiable experience in creating and executing comprehensive talent and market-mapping projects.
  • High level of competency and hands-on experience with various AI and automation tools for recruitment.
  • Portfolio of successful, complex executive searches led and closed personally.
