Home Lending Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.

This role requires strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experience. You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers.

You will be responsible for identifying appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs and ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Home Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.
  • Cook customers through each step of the journey, ensuring their experience is seamless.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
