Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product improvement initiatives to enhance customer outcomes, value, and reduce risk through continuous enhancements of the product offering and processes.
  • Manage product exception requests to deliver optimal customer and business outcomes by leveraging Subject Matter Expertise.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure that issues are flagged for solution scoping within the relevant squads.
  • Leverage insights and data to provide recommendations for product, policy, and process enhancements.
  • Monitor and act on competitor, regulatory, customer, and industry changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial services experience in a high-performing environment within Retail Banking, Product, Credit Risk, Finance, Operations.
  • Home Buying Product experience in the financial industry will be highly regarded.
  • Analytical and data analysis skills will be highly valued.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with others will be advantageous.
  • Delivery and execution experience with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is essential.
