Senior Product Manager Job Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in product management or strategy within financial services.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive business outcomes, manage low deposit solutions, and coach chapter members to reach their full potential. They must also have a customer-centric approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the home buying low deposit strategy and roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders to create seamless customer experiences for home ownership
  • Understand and manage low deposit solutions and pathways for the home buying portfolio
  • Lead a team of 6-8 product managers across the Value Stream
  • Enhance product management capability and coach chapter members to achieve exceptional results
  • Contribute to business outcomes for the Home Buying Chapter Area as a member of the product chapter leadership team

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and business writing skills
  • Extensive experience in product management or strategy within financial services
  • Proven track record of performance and delivery with high integrity and judgment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen
  • Customer-centric approach
