Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Integration.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across all project phases, including pre-discovery, discovery, design, and delivery within a multidisciplinary agile team. Your primary objective will be to translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities, manage stakeholder relationships, and design workshops to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Contribute to producing user stories, system documentation, wireframes, and data models that support delivery teams, including developers, testers, and DevOps.
  • Engage with stakeholders from legal and policy teams to technical and operational staff to ensure solutions meet legislative and policy requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong capabilities in business process modeling using BPMN or equivalent methodologies.
  • Analysis of complex system integrations across cloud and legacy platforms.
  • Alignment of outputs with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Skilled collaboration using tools like Azure DevOps for backlog management and release planning.

This is a full-time position based in Canberra, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements. Candidates must be eligible for Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
