Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled architect to help shape and deliver the technical foundations of our digital ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional with a proven track record in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cloud architecture, experience migrating legacy systems to cloud or hybrid environments, and technical strength in Microsoft enterprise solutions.

They will be responsible for leading architecture development and technical delivery across enterprise-scale programs, defining and evolving the internal technology framework, and mentoring engineering teams.

The successful candidate will also contribute to bids and Statements of Work (SOWs) to support business development and act as design authority on customer trials and proofs of concept.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture development and technical delivery across enterprise-scale programs
  • Define and evolve the internal technology framework
  • Oversee and quality-check architecture documentation and deliverables
  • Mentor engineering teams, guiding capability uplift
  • Represent architectural value in client-facing presales and C-level engagements
  • Develop reusable IP, patterns, and frameworks to standardise delivery
  • Drive transformation programs aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Contribute to bids and Statements of Work (SOWs) to support business development
  • Act as design authority on customer trials and proofs of concept
Desired Skills and Attributes
  • Proven leadership in enterprise architecture and digital transformation
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience migrating legacy systems to cloud or hybrid environments
  • Technical strength in Microsoft enterprise solutions (e.g. AD, SQL, M365, SCCM)
  • Familiarity with Azure networking, Sentinel, Defenders, and ExpressRoute
  • Skilled in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or Pragmatic EA
  • Expertise in documentation, technical writing and standards-based delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead presales initiatives and create architecture roadmaps
  • Eligible for Australian Government Security Clearance
