Aged Care Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team in Batemans Bay, New South Wales. As an Aged Care Professional, you will be working with residents in residential aged care facilities, providing physiotherapy services to improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
About the Role
- This is a full-time opportunity, working 4 days per week in Aged Care and 1 day per week in Home Care.
- The start date is negotiable, but ideally you would be able to commence as soon as possible.
- You will be provided with a salary package starting at $75,000 + Super + CPD, with opportunities for annual salary reviews and additional annual leave options.
- The role includes a $1000 Annual Continuous Professional Development Allowance and sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.
- You will also have access to monthly internal CPD sessions, quarterly internal awards, and a 12-month new graduate mentoring and training program.

About You
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an APA recognised equivalent.
- You are registered with AHPRA and have a current National Police Check.
- You possess excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- You are passionate about promoting the quality of life of older adults and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
- You are willing to think creatively and develop programs that meet the unique needs of our clients.
