About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team, providing high-quality care to our clients in the community. As a Physiotherapist, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized physiotherapy programs, promoting independence and restoring functional abilities in older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy interventions to clients in their homes, promoting mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Document client progress and outcomes, contributing to quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Need
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Postgraduate experience working in aged care services, including community care
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilize required software
