">The Role
">We're seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our aged care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
- Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
">To be successful in this role, you'll need:
">- A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.

">- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum + benefits
