We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Port Stephens. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for providing mobile physiotherapy services to older adults in residential care homes and the community.

About the Role:
  • You will assess and treat older adults in a community-based environment, developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs to assist them in achieving their individual goals.
  • Conducting falls reviews and falls prevention management, running various groups including balance classes, and producing quality reports.
  • You will work autonomously, ensuring the effective and safe delivery of client care, and develop your skillset by participating in CPD and multi-disciplinary clinical review meetings.
Benefits:
  • $75K - $90K + super (depending on experience), a supportive multi-disciplinary team environment, admin support, and mentoring provided.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Full AHPRA registration, and a passion for high-quality service delivery.
  • Previous Aged Care experience is desirable, strong communication and report writing skills, ability to work independently, and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, current driver's licence, and reliable car, NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance).
