About Our Role

Our team manages day-to-day activities, promotes a safety culture, coordinates with clients and stakeholders, and oversees technical project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Manager: Lead site operations, ensure operational excellence, promote a safety-first culture, coordinate activities, supervise technicians, and meet performance targets.
  • Electrical Technician: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, develop standard operating procedures, provide training, ensure compliance, and maintain records.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in O&M of utility-scale solar or renewable projects or equivalent transferable experience.
  • A diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant license, LVR/CPR, First Aid certificates.
  • Extensive experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation for Electrical Technicians.
