Job Overview

This is a key appointment that will contribute to the delivery of quality healthcare services in rural Western Australia.

Position Profile:

  • We are seeking a suitably experienced and highly motivated Clinical Nurse Manager-After Hours who will provide leadership, administration and bed management for Carnarvon Hospital.
  • The successful candidate will promote and ensure maintenance of clinical standards of quality of care.
  • They will also be responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve exceptional patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification as a registered nurse.
  • Extensive experience in nursing leadership and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
