Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to provide administration and bed management for our hospital. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and role modeling, promoting and ensuring maintenance of clinical standards of quality of care.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic oversight of after hours administration and bed management services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
Key Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
