Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to lead our quality, compliance, risk management, and feedback management activities. The successful candidate will ensure our services meet the highest standards of care and safety.

The role involves:

  • Spearheading internal and external audits to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and professional practice standards.
  • Implementing effective incident and feedback management systems to ensure timely resolution and reporting.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement our safeguarding and quality framework.
  • Staying abreast of sector developments in person-centric practice and contributing to building a community of excellence.

About the Role:

  • A degree or qualification in a related field such as Management, Social Services, or Quality Management is essential.
  • A sound understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment for disability support, child safe services, and other community services areas is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in human rights and person-centred approaches is necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks are expected.
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds are essential.
  • Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills are required.
  • A commitment to reflective practice, ongoing learning, and delivering training opportunities is desired.
