We're looking for a QA/QC Specialist to support our mission of maintaining excellence and consistency in everything we produce and supply.

Your Role:

Conduct inspections and tests on materials, processes, and finished products.

Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products—visually, physically, and using testing equipment where required.

Perform line start-up and end-of-day checks to ensure equipment and processes are running to specification.

Monitor product packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, weights, and best-before dates in real time on the production floor.

Support and educate production staff to ensure ongoing compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.

Implement and maintain QA/QC protocols to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Identify, document, and address quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and performance tracking.

Assist in training staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Prepare product specifications as required.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, GMP, or HACCP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
