Hindmarsh Construction is seeking a skilled Structures Site Supervisor to join our team for a high-rise residential project. As a key member of our site management team, you will partner with the Project Manager and Site Manager to oversee site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities, including sub-contractors, labor, and material delivery
  • Oversee the quality and progress of subcontractors' work
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Participate in the development and management of the project in accordance with the Project Management Plan
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the scope associated with the contract documentation
  • Ensure adherence to SQE policies and compliance with Hindmarsh Management Systems
  • Manage site issues and subcontractors in accordance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Trade background preferred
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • White Card, First Aid & Fire Warden
