About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home aged care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Support: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for clients.
  • Companionship: Provide social support and companionship to clients, engaging them in recreational activities and promoting their well-being.
  • Transportation: Transport clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to carers and management.

Requirements:

  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • A National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • An Australian Driver's Licence.
  • A registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
  • A smartphone.
