Lead Mainframe System Administrator

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced system administrator to lead the management of our mainframe systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on this key position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our mainframe environment, including system configuration, software maintenance, and performance monitoring. They will also be required to provide operational support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth running of our mainframe systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of mainframe systems and a proven track record of managing complex IT environments. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of mainframe systems, including system configuration, software maintenance, and performance monitoring.

  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth running of mainframe systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mainframe systems meet business requirements.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for mainframe system administration.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
