Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of a mixed-use portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with expertise in rent collection, outgoings, and rental arrears.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate lease renewals, prepare documentation, conduct property inspections, and create detailed inventory and condition reports.
- Prepare annual outgoings budgets and handle reconciliations.
- Oversee property management tasks, including rent collection and maintenance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in Commercial Property Management or an equivalent role.
- A current Certificate of Registration.
- A reliable car and driver's license.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships.
