About the role
Our Global Products sales team is expanding and we are looking for a talented Account Executive who can manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating a strategic sales process within the Singapore market.
This role will establish Rippling as a market leader across APAC, working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the sales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's global capabilities for Singapore-headquartered organisations.
- Develop a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team.
- Closed business and achieve quota attainment consistently.
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
Requirements
- Strong experience selling into Singapore markets.
- 3+ years quota-carrying AE sales experience in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll or global payroll products.
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where growth and change are constant.
