The Role Our Accounting and Finance business at PERSOL is expanding, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Sales Consultant with a passion for the fast-paced world of temporary or permanent recruitment.
We're seeking a results-driven professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving performance, and delivering exceptional candidate care.
Your background in 360 recruitment or sales paired with your confidence in business development and cold calling will position you as we grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively approach and engage with both existing and potential clients through weekly client meetings and targeted sales calls Drive business development through cold calls and face to face onsite client meetings Continuously seek opportunities to expand your market share, grow your desk, and increase revenue Drive business growth through market mapping, reverse marketing, and new business development Manage a database of active and passive job seekers, ensuring excellent candidate care Source and connect with candidates using a full Linked In Recruiter license and Seek Talent Search access and other job portals available Respond efficiently to job orders by matching and submitting suitable candidates Partner with internal teams and national clients to manage contracts and ensure smooth operations Collaborate with PERSOL National Account Managers to align on client needs and strategic goals About You: You have experience in agency recruitment, including a strong focus on new business development You possess high-level problem-solving skills and maintain a solution-focused approach, navigating challenges with creativity and resilience.
