As an APAC Sales Director you'll play a critical role in driving our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) global expansion by leading business development across multiple geographies.
We're looking for a strategic sales leader with proven experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline both with in-region and with multi-region prospects.
This is a remote role, but we're seeking a candidate located in either Singapore or Sydney with experience selling into the APAC region.If you're a strategic leader with a collaborative mindset, ready to make a measurable impact in a high-visibility role, we invite you to join us.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of RPO on a global scale, driving transformative talent solutions within a dynamic and fast-evolving organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share, positioning KellyOCG as a differentiated and strategic RPO providerOwn and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, while engaging support from internal partners to support profitable and client-centric strategiesCollaborate with Client Leads, Delivery, and Vertical Leaders to identify and execute account expansion initiatives, including acquisitions, innovation-led solutions, and geographic or functional growthBuild and nurture deep, multi-level client and industry relationships, leveraging networks to uncover new opportunities and establish KellyOCG as a trusted talent partner across key market verticalsMonitor labour market trends, emerging workforce models, and industry best practices to inform consultative sales conversations and proactively address client challengesRepresent the organisation at industry events, forums, and client engagements, reinforcing the company's brand presence and thought leadership in the talent solutions spaceRequirements10+ years of success in identifying and closing RPO business across priority APAC markets, not limited to Singapore and SydneyProven ability to lead enterprise-level consultative sales cycles, aligning client workforce challenges with innovative and scalable RPO solutionsTrack record of shaping and executing collaborative, cross-functional sales strategies in a matrixed or global organisationDemonstrated ability to partner with internal executives, peers, and operational leadersProven ability to close deals in Singapore and Australia; Candidates with additional experience selling into India, Japan, Hong Kong, and ASEAN markets will be preferredStrong organisational acumen with the ability to prioritize complex opportunities and balance strategic oversight with execution excellenceStrong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to evaluate market dynamics to guide sales prioritiesExcellent executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel ~20%Kelly is an equal opportunity employer committed to employing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, including, but not limited to, race, gender, individuals with disabilities, protected veterans, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
