Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contribute to sales growth through effective outreach and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community engagement and new business opportunities
  • Ensure maximum sales opportunities by achieving the required number of lead contacts
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Develop and maintain positive member journeys through personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes for enquiries and open/close club operations as per the roster
  • Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Engage with new and existing members through regular service calls, recommending products to enhance their experience
About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • The ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, fostering a desire to help others succeed
  • Problem-solving skills, overcoming obstacles with ease
  • Outstanding communication abilities, listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others
