About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Melbourne-based Customer Contact team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our coaches and leaders to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to progress to more complex customer queries and support our advisers with their enquiries.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A background in customer service or a related field;
  • Proven reliability and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience working to and achieving KPIs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as empathy and customer centricity;
  • Competency in different mediums of technology, with an ability to pick up different operating systems;
  • Self-drive, with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team;
  • Exceptional work ethic and a strong willingness to learn.
