About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Melbourne-based Customer Contact team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our coaches and leaders to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to progress to more complex customer queries and support our advisers with their enquiries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

About You
  • You must have a background in customer service or a related field.
  • You must be able to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm in a hybrid working environment.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as empathy and customer centricity.
  • You must be able to work well autonomously and within a team.
  • You must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
