A Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring timely delivery of key services.
The incumbent will manage a portfolio of clients, fostering relationships while driving operational efficiencies within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for fund managers and investors, ensuring seamless experience and delivering timely unit pricing and registry services.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs to ensure the firm is well-positioned to provide tailored solutions and exceptional client service.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all managed fund activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Build a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and developing leadership skills.
- Collaborate closely with the offshore team and manage direct reports, including workflow monitoring.
- Contribute to business development initiatives to grow the division and attract new clients.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership experience with ability to mentor and guide teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of various asset types and financial markets
