- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficient in utilizing payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 + super.
- A flexible work arrangement, finishing at 1pm every other Friday.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
