  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency and effective communication.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and provide insights to improve payroll processes.
  6. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll practices, trends, and regulations, applying this knowledge to enhance our payroll operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Proficient in utilizing payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 + super.
  • A flexible work arrangement, finishing at 1pm every other Friday.
