What You'll DoYou'll deliver clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and collaborate closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. This environment supports you to sharpen clinical skills and grow as a healthcare professional.
Responsibilities- Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and/or outpatients.
- Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations and monitor medication outcomes such as therapeutic drug monitoring to uphold quality use of medicine.
- Work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.
You are an experienced Pharmacist with a solid foundation in pharmacy practice and seek to grow clinical expertise in a hospital setting.
Essential Requirements- General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community pharmacy or 1 year in hospital pharmacy.
- Permanent Australian working rights.

- Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
