Project Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary organisation. As a key member of the Design & Property team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and success.

A successful Project Coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. They will oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and programming.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities. A strong interest in project management and coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and contractors
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and programming
  • Conduct negotiations with stakeholders and contractors to secure favourable terms and agreements
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Interior Design Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in interior design or related field
  • Strong interest in project management and coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
