Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy interior design professional to lead our Retail Banking design capability in Australia.

This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with our client and design team members to enhance design delivery capabilities and encourage standard documentation platforms across our Retail Design projects.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and nurturing our Retail Banking design capability in Australia, as well as providing support to the design director and developing design initiatives outside of rolling programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow our Retail Banking design capability in Australia
  • Work with our client and design team members to enhance design delivery capabilities and encourage standard documentation platforms
  • Provide high-level overview of design across various sites to ensure best options presented back to our client
  • Understand financial models driving projects to streamline delivery and reduce risk through design and documentation process
  • Design management, including chairing meetings and design forums
  • Manage correct use and specification of design standards
  • Check supplied design documentation to ensure design standards applied correctly
  • Work with project delivery team to adapt designs to suit site-specific conditions
About You
  • Professional qualifications in Interior Design or related field
  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
