People Relations Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for delivering responsive employee relations services and initiatives that contribute to a healthy and high-performing workplace.
The incumbent leads a small team of professionals to develop and maintain employee relations and workplace wellbeing frameworks, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management in alignment with contemporary practices.
- Deliver employee relations services and initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Develop and implement employee relations and workplace wellbeing strategies to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Human Resources are responsible for delivering high-quality human resource outcomes across the organization from strategy and policy development through to implementation and service delivery.
The Human Resources team works with a broad cross-section of stakeholders both within the organization and externally. As an HR professional, you will bring a depth of experience and knowledge on HR matters along with a willingness to grow the team and your own capability, reputation, and success.
About Our OrganizationWe provide housing solutions and services to members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families.
We manage an expanding portfolio of housing solutions and provide housing for over 17,200 ADF members and their families, as well as administering rent allowance for more than 16,000 ADF members and their families in private rental accommodation.
We provide housing-related services advising on eligibility, providing posting support, and managing bookings and allocation services for all our provisioned housing and on-base accommodation to approximately 60,000 ADF members.
