The role of APAC CRM Vice President involves overseeing the market success of ServiceNow's CRM products built on our market-leading Service Management platform enabling enterprise processes with unified information.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead an APAC growth strategy leveraging vertical and horizontal sales approaches to enhance customer relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Manage and lead a team of 3-5 CRM Solution Sales managers and 5-7 individual contributors (Senior Solution Account Executives) to achieve KPIs such as bookings pipeline creation recruitment and talent development.
- Coordinate with solution consulting professional services and field sales teams within a matrixed structure to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Lead from the front as a trusted mentor and high-standard leader, promoting customer success practices across APAC and supporting territory strategies account planning and vertical understanding.
- Align recommendations with Now Value principles to drive business impact and assist customers in digital transformation strategies partnering with account teams customers and partners.
- 20+ years managing field-based or solution sales teams in enterprise software serving organizations with over 2,000 employees, requiring strong sales techniques customer relationship forecasting and reporting skills.
- Experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships coaching and mentoring, establishing relationships at the C-suite level with large enterprise customers.
- Proven success selling business applications in customer service field service or supply chain domains, with a track record of exceeding quotas with large enterprise clients (20,000+ employees).
- Ability to inspire teams to follow best practices, navigate complex opportunities and collaborate across teams, with a positive proactive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and team-building skills.
