About the Role

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Therapist to join our team. As a Family Therapist, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide individual and family psychotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical treatment using evidence-based models and principles\
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families\
  • Work with families to identify cultural factors that influence strengths, functioning, and behaviors\
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with community resources to support client well-being\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and services provided\
  • Meet productivity requirements established by our organization\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to ensure seamless coordination of care for clients\
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans\
  • Engage primary caregivers and family members in change-oriented treatment to promote positive outcomes\
  • Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages open communication and trust among clients, families, and staff
