Empowering Youth and Families through Strength-Based Care

Career Opportunities with Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, and will receive ongoing training in the Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) model. This model involves working with families, children/youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement I-FAST as designed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST treatment model and principles, including leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive, understanding sequences of behavior, and increasing mature behavior.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to gather information on behaviors of concern and strengths in the family and their ecology.
  • Comfortably work with diverse communities of clients and continuously engage primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment.
  • Participate in weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress with ongoing support from supervisors and team members.
  • Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities to acquire extensive clinical skills within the I-FAST treatment model.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assure clients have access to 24-hour support as needed.
  • Participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression and operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
