Support Services Specialist

We are seeking a Support Services Specialist to provide peer support services and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care through connection.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who can establish strong relationships with individuals and families, assess their strengths and needs, and develop personalized support plans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer literacy, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing member transport, assisting with daily program delivery, and participating in social recreational activities.

  • Provides peer support services and facilitates member transport.
  • Assists with daily program delivery and social recreational activities.
  • Establishes strong relationships and boundaries with individuals, families, and staff.
  • Assesses and defines individual strengths and needs.
