We are recruiting for a talented Accounting Support Professional to join our firm in Co. Meath.

Main Tasks

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reconcile balance sheets.
  • Perform stock reconciliations and assist with the preparation of monthly accounts.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and manage deferred/accrued revenue.
  • Raise weekly/monthly invoices and process ad hoc billing.
  • Liaise with business partners and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Manage logistics accruals, inter-departmental journals, and intercompany transfers.
  • Support the audit process and perform other finance-related duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy practice or FMCG/Retail finance environment.
  • Excellent experience of MS Excel - pivot tables, macros etc.
  • Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
  • Already Part-Qualified OR keen to work towards your Accountancy qualifications.
