About the Role

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Offer expert knowledge of local attractions, activities, and events to enhance our guests' stays.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to ensure a high level of service and a smooth check-in process.
  • Meet and greet guests, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and promoting the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer-facing position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.).
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, while maintaining a flexible schedule.
