As we continue to expand, we're looking for a
Senior Recruiter
to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and driving client engagement across key projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across trades, labour hire, and professional roles.
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Working closely with the operations team to understand project requirements.
Driving business development and growing accounts.
Maintaining compliance with Fair Work, Award rates, and site requirements.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment (labour hire, construction, or trades is highly regarded).
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of compliance, safety, and site mobilisation requirements.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset — someone who gets things done.
